James Etter

Education:
Mr. Etter earned his BBA in Finance from Texas State University.

James Etter has over two decades of loan management and sales experience. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has engineered a systematic marketing plan producing $25 million in assets, enabled the acquisition of over $300 million in lucrative direct debt purchase opportunities, and engineered over $260 million a year in TPO sales volume while developing a top-rated sales team.

Career Highlights:

For the past ten years, Mr. Etter has been the EVP of National Alliance, Capital Markets Group, with a focus on institutional fixed income sales. His primary responsibilities include covering trading relationships with regional banks, Tier 2 money managers, insurance companies, and hedge funds.

As a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, he managed corporate retirement accounts and fixed income portfolios for a high-net-worth family trust and oversaw tax-free fixed income portfolios, while researching, designing and implementing various strategies.

Notably, Mr. Etter was the Financial Regional Manager at First Magnus Financial Regional Manager in Denver, CO. He transformed the office’s business model into a top territory by focusing resources on the highest profit margin business. Mr. Etter was successful in increasing volume by more than 200%, and, during his tenure, originated approximately $3.6 billion in loan volume.

Charles Wyman

Mr. Wyman graduated from Harvard University with an AB Magna cum laude in Russian Literature. He earned his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. He is fluent in Russian.

Charles Wyman is a seasoned investment and hedge fund manager with nearly four decades of experience in the industry. He has worked at leading financial institutions his entire professional career, where he excelled at risk management and portfolio construction, and completed over billions in transactions.

Career Highlights:

Mr. Wyman is currently a principal at Seaport Investment Management in New York, NY, where he is a Portfolio Manager and Chief Risk Officer, offering investment strategies for multi-national clients. He is also a co-founder of the Green Energy Commodity Fund in New York, NY, which provides a clean, renewable investment alternative to institutional investors seeking liquid, ESG-compliant and Net Zero Carbon opportunities.

Mr. Wyman previously worked as a partner and Head of Research at Scura Paley and Co., New York, NY, a corporate finance and M&A advisory firm. He was also a partner and Chief Risk Officer and Head of Research at City on Hill Capital, developing marketing materials and participating in the preliminary marketing of funds to over 40 prospective investors.

Mr. Wyman began his investment career at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley.

Dave Edwards

Mr. Edwards earned his BA in History
at Yale University.

Dave Edwards is a highly successful entrepreneur, investor and advisor with a 30-year career in the AI and solar power industries. He has worked as a public company executive, startup founder and CEO/CFO, venture capital investor and Wall Street analyst, resulting in over $2 billion in transactions across project finance, private equity, real estate, M&A and venture capital.

Career Highlights:

Mr. Edwards has extensive experience in AI technology and finance, and he has served as head of strategy and corporate development for two solar California-based corporations, SunPower and American Wind Capital. He is the co-founder of Sonder Studio in Bend, OR, where he co-creates AI products with large companies and startups. Mr. Edwards also conducts AI training workshops and online courses to convert executives into AI business leaders.

Previously, Mr. Edwards was the co-founder of Intelligentsia.ai in San Francisco, during which time he provided research services focused on artificial intelligence and human-machine interfaces. He continued to do similar work at Quartz of San Francisco, which acquired Intelligentsia in January 2017.

Additionally, Mr. Edwards has served as Head of Clean Energy Research at both Morgan Stanley and ThinkEquity in San Francisco.

Glenn Medwar

Head M&A, Board Member
Education:
Mr. Medwar earned his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Glenn Medwar is an experienced investment banker with an over 30-year career specializing in leveraged and acquisition finance, capital markets and M&A. His focus has been on leading complex financings and business transactions for private equity firms, corporate clients and hedge funds, completing over $130 billion of debt and equity financings across industry sectors and through market cycles.

Career Highlights:

As Managing Partner of MCG Advisors, LLC in New York, NY, Mr. Medwar has led corporate finance advisory engagements and capital raising efforts for clients and he has directed fund formation efforts for special situations and distressed investment opportunities. Mr. Medwar has also served as a senior advisor to select investment banking advisory firms and consulted to management teams seeking US investments, corporate acquisitions and debt capital financings.

Previously, Mr. Medwar was the Head of Leveraged Finance of Mizuho Securities in New York, NY. He led transaction development with private equity funds, held responsibility for cross-border acquisition financings and oversaw a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio. Additionally, he served as member of the US Investment Banking Leadership Team, New Business Approval Committee and Non-Investment Grade Commitment Committee.

Mr. Medwar served as Senior Credit Strategist to Moore Capital Management where he directed credit investment strategies during the global financial crisis. Mr. Medwar was also a senior member of the Financial Sponsors Group of Credit Suisse and began his investment banking career in the Global Leveraged Finance Group of Lehman Brothers.

Prior to becoming an investment banker, Mr. Medwar served as a Senior Project Manager at Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. where he led engineering design, project development and construction management.

Matt Mancuso

Education:
Mr. Mancuso earned his BA in political science from Princeton University.

Matthew Mancuso has enjoyed a forty-year career in finance, starting out as a corporate and utility bond trader, and ultimately specializing in fixed income sales. He was deeply involved in the acquisition of Divided Finance by Fifth Third Bank and offers extensive knowledge and expertise in debt capital markets and asset sales.

Career Highlights:

Mr. Mancuso is currently a Partner and Capital Markets Advisor at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York, NY, where he has worked for two decades. He is also a consultant at LL Funds, LLC in Philadelphia, PA, where he works as a risk capital markets advisor. Additionally, Mr. Mancuso recently served as Head of Asset Sales at Dividend Solar Funding, in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Mancuso began his career as a corporate bond trader at Smith Barney & Company and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York. Previously, he spent 17 years at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in New York City, starting in corporate/mortgage sales, moving to Global Fixed income Sales Manager, then National Sales Director and finally becoming Senior Managing Director, partner and a member of the Board of Directors.
